Treasury and Trade Solutions Account Services Product Manager AVP VP

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Responsible for end-to-end customer experience of Account Services products
  • Manage and coordinate banking account related regulatory activities (FATCA/ CRS/ DPS)
  • Act as executive sponsor for client centricity
  • Drive and support the digital transformation strategy
  • Define and develop improvement opportunities that enhances client experience
  • Establish and support innovation initiatives with fintech partnerships
  • Help drive adoption and use by developing marketing campaigns (across core cash) in partnership with banking/ sales/ product/ operations/ service teams
  • Complete assessments, research new technologies and services, assess competitors, new entrants and review regulations impacting Account Services
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management for investment
  • Maintain information on service performance and metrics, for analysis and reporting to management


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years in banking industry
  • Strong command of English language
  • Relevant years of experience leading projects as a product owner
  • Experience in analytics, digital payments, commerce, marketing or customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Deep technical knowledge and understanding of banking processes
  • Ability to work with many parties, both internal and external
  • A keen self-starter and ability to work independently
