Job Description

Senior Personal Banker, Consumer Banking

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Build and deepen relationship with core segment customers through delivering superior customer experience when handling product enquiries, financial transactions and operations
  • Identify customer needs through financial planning
  • Provide professional advice and cross-sell a broad range of banking and investment products
  • Achieve individual & team's sales targets
  • Comply with established policies and procedures to safeguard both bank and customers' assets


  • University graduate with minimum of 1 year's relationship management experience or secondary educated with minimum of 3 years' relationship management in retail banking or finance company
  • HKSI LE Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5  or equivalent
  • Knowledge of banking and investment products is an advantage
  • Good communication, relationship building and proactive selling skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
