Hong Kong Recruitment Team is a team of recruitment professionals that manages end to end recruitment across Citi’s franchise for Global Consumer Bank, Institutional Client Groups, Global Functions and Operations and Technology. The team is responsible for 1200+ hires annually.
The Junior Recruiter provides support for recruitment coordination activities in Hong Kong as well as run end-to-end entry-level recruitment for the firm.
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and work with other areas of HR for effective interviewing and on-boarding processes
Conduct Research and database search for senior recruiters
Build relationship with hiring manager and consult with them to complete a detailed job specification/description
Build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels
Maintain the e-Recruitment (Taleo) platform; Perform all recruitment system updates and maintenance
Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and practices are executed
Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Skills training and all other recruitment tools
Provide ongoing guidance and advisory support to hiring managers throughout the end to end recruitment process
Work with offshore HR Service Delivery team and vendors to ensure New Hire processing is completed including: onboarding logistics, work visa applications, employee ID creation, background screening, correspondence, etc.
Manage team administration including processing of T&E, tracking of team information, etc
Manage, analyze, and summarize candidate data to produce reports
Provide other administrative support to recruiters on the ground if necessary
3 years+ experience in a recruitment role, ideally with in-house recruitment experience
Desire to be in a service oriented environment; demonstrate a team-playing and helpful attitude
A detail-oriented independent problem solver, organized and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a very fast-paced environment
Exceptional flexibility when approaching tasks, demonstrating discretion and strong judgement with an ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal clients
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
