Job Description

Infrastructure Analyst

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • DCSD is responsible to provide timely and cost-effective operations and maintenance services to supported Hardware Centers within CIS. The team covers areas such as scheduling hardware build, provide configuration management, cabling provisioning, trouble analysis, maintenance & support for all technology hardware deployed at data centers
  • The team may also engage in projects working closely with other support groups to deliver services and solutions to all clients

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Plan/Schedule and work closely with OEM vendors (e.g. HP, IBM, Dell) on delivery, installation, upgrade and break-fix for hardware
  • Plan/Schedule and work closely with platform groups on firmware refresh /update, OS upgrade and patches
  • Provide physical hands-on support for all server hardware, e.g. power-cycle, cable patch, change of small parts
  • Engage in new server roll-in, and decommissioning of sunset hardware/application. Includes proper disposal if the hardware and hard drive is deemed unusable
  • Handling of media in data centers include hard drive, media tape…etc.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within project scope, deadline & budget
  • Adhere to and support the CHG, INC and all IT related management processes and providing updating on any required documentation
  • Manage vendor resources in support of BAU activities. Ensure compliance to Citigroup Policies and Standards


  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Center
  • Good command in Chinese and English
  • Able to work independently and good communication skills
  • Perform shift duty cover 24 x 7 operations
  • Flexible to support multiple sites
