Job Description

HK - GCB - Vice President - Digital Banking

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Support the Head of Digital Banking to drive the digital strategy for the bank, especially on emerging FinTech solutions
  • Design the consumer’s digital journey on our digital assets with remarkable customer experience and maximize the opportunity for product acquisition, cross-selling, and cost savings
  • Lead and manage multiple digital initiatives for on-time delivery
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including product owners users, compliance, legal, infosec, operations and technology, and external vendors to construct and deliver quality digital service solution
  • Prepare project documentation for user requirements, testing plan, risk assessment and internal training
  • Work closely with regional and global for project preparation and prioritization


  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in project management or digital banking 
  • Digital savvy with keen interests in mobile and web technologies and trends 
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability 
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility 
  • People management experience 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline 
  • Excellent written in English and Chinese and fluent spoken English
