HK - GCB - Vice President, Business Development

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Assist the team head to set out distribution strategy to achieve the insurance target
  • Identify new business opportunities, helping the bank to sustain long term business growth
  • Plan and manage product roadmap in response to market needs
  • Engage with distribution channels, ensuring insurance is embedded in customer journey across all segments
  • Keep up high sales quality standard guided by Sales Quality Framework, and interact with compliance and risk team for improvement from time to time

Qualifications

  • University graduate or above in Business Management and Marketing
  • Professional qualification in insurance (i.e. FLMI, actuary)
  • At least 8 years of product development experience in insurance/banking industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
