Job Description

HK GCB Segment Manager

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Responsible to develop and execute the product marketing program mechanics to promote Transactional Banking services, including Stocks, Deposit and Payment & Transfer services via digital channels to all customer segments with justified P&L, at the same time to monitor the results of product related ATL and BTL promotions
  • The candidate is expected to take care of BTL communications at different touch points to promote our product benefits with the support of marketing offers, if applicable  While the deliverables for ATL promotion will be assisted by Marketing Communications Team
  • Assist line manager to formulate initiatives and strategies to build the awareness and encourage clients’ usage on Digital Banking platform for Transactional Banking services
  • Work closely with different teams, including Product Team, Operation, Compliance, etc on the development of cross-selling strategy and marketing promotions
  • Monitor channels’ performance on product & services cross-selling, usage on Transaction Banking services, mainly work with Digital Banking and Product Teams
  • Manage and monitor marketing budget to enhance marketing efficiency
  • Prepare regular MIS and management report
  • Handle client enquiries whenever necessary

Qualifications

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in marketing, preferably in banking or digital marketing (e.g. facebook, google, yahoo etc)
  • Fluent written & spoken Cantonese & English
  • Knowledge of marketing technique and banking knowledge is essential
  • Good interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • Self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent skill in Excel / PowerPoint / Word and basic statistical knowledge would be added advantages
