HK - GCB - Product Manager, Card Products and Online Acquisition

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Explore and generate new ideas and formulate business strategies to drive card online acquisition and card feature development or card value proposition strengthening
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure the business objectives can be achieved and all marketing programs/new initiatives run smoothly and effectively
  • Work closely with management, regional team and cross-functional teams including Sales Channels, Decision Management, Risk Management, Operation, Customer Service, Marketing Communication, etc.
  • Closely monitor and report the business progress and alert for proper action in a timely manner through ongoing keep track of KPI and budget plan
  • Ensure all tasks are executed and controlled within the determined risk level and adhere to legal and compliance standard


  • University graduate, preferably in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years solid marketing experience in Banking industry preferably in Cards business
  • Attentive to details, able to work independently, handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proactive and adapt to dynamic environment
  • Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with customer centricity mindset
  • Good project management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
