Job Description

HK - GCB - Operations Officer

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Handle in and outbound calls with focus on service engagement and operation fulfillment
  • Handle inquiries and transactions on banking products
  • Conduct questionnaires on risk profiling through phone and lodge the information in the system
  • Perform reconciliation on control on risk profiling
  • Good understanding of branch banking procedures and concepts
  • Deliver good customer service to ensure superior Citibanking experience to our customers


  • Associate’s Degree / college diploma or above
  • Customer service experience in banking industry is an advantage
  • Customer service oriented & good problem solving skills
  • Proactive with good communications & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
