Job Description

HK - GCB - Operations Manager

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Responsible for operations for the Telesales Autodialer
  • Set up dialer strategy and identify business opportunity across different products under Telesales
  • Design and build up the workflow related to Autodialer
  • Coordinate with internal departments on dialer files format design, MIS development, as well as production
  • Support of Aspect software and Nice application maintenance
  • Deal with Regional Dialer team on all hardware and software upgrade and maintenance
  • Daily monitoring on the dialer performance by adjusting the dialer parameter from time to time
  • Manage regional and local project related to Autodialer


  • University graduate preferably
  • At least 3 years of working experience on banking industry with system support and development background
  • Exposure on dialer administration and software maintenance will be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English is a must
