Job Description

HK GCB Operations Manager

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Assist the Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for Telesales Teams on Cards, Loan and Insurance products.
  • Execute all control related checking for the teams
  • Ensure all the flow and process are being well implemented according to corporate policies and regulatory requirement across card, loan and insurance products.
  • Support the delivery of excellent customer experience by reviewing complaint case and complaint trend for the team
  • Act as a Back up of the Operation Manager to review the control processes regularly and review audit trail reports (if any)
  • Accommodate necessary coaching and training to sales staff by working with the Sales Managers on proper sales processes and practice
  • Other ad hoc duties as required


  • University graduate with minimum 1 years experience in sales management role with financial industry
  • Good knowledge of loan and insurance products, process control as well as call centre operations and procedures
  • Strong people management, communication and problem solving skills
