HK - GCB O&T - Citiphone Officer - Phonebanking

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Handle incoming calls from affluent segment customers and deliver good customer service to ensure a superior Citibanking experience to our customers
  • Handle inquiries and transactions on banking, investment products and credit card products
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate
  • Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives
  • Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area
  • Good understanding of how the team Integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
  • Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity


  • University graduate with 2 years' customer service experience in banking industry
  • Customer service oriented and good problem/complaint handling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Willing to work on flexible shifts
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Possess HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
