HK - GCB - Marketing Manager, Card Products

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Management of P&L and key business drivers, including new customer growth, issuing sales growth & market share penetration
  • Manage product with full business view from Product growth, revenue growth, portfolio growth, expense management and customer activation/loyalty/retention
  • Review and formulate and execute product strategies to grow market share & enhance profitability
  • Deliver differentiated & competitive value propositions, and aligning to global/regional guidelines & framework
  • Adopting global standards that enable local empowerment
  • Drive quality TTD acquisition, working closely with the sales channels/ platforms
  • Explore and evaluate and implement new & alternative acquisition marketing strategies to get new leads cost-effectively
  • Own the customer journey from initial engagement through to product/account attrition
  • Deepen relationships through rewards & loyalty, managing the effective cost per point and the various channels of engagement; relevant offers & privileges and customized engagement, including service delivery platform
  • Explore and realize (where applicable) product feature/process improvement
  • Manage/Drive execution of product programs/ campaigns, working closely with Marketing, E-business, Legal, Compliance & Decision Management
  • Monitor and analyse performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems and recommend solutions
  • Deliver client excellence, achieving leadership in top down NPS for affluent segment and rNPS & overall cards segment NPS
  • Run product in control with laws, regulations and our own policies to protect the brand and the franchise


  • At least 5 years or higher experience, relevant cards/ banking product experience
  • Strong understanding of unsecured lending drivers, products & functions, specifically P&L Management
  • Strong analytical skills
