Job Description

HK - GCB - Manager, Insurance Sales Operations and Process

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Manage end-to-end system enhancement, design and development of insurance sales process and operation related system (e.g. FNA, iPOS, Citiplanner) and platforms that is in line with global standards and regulatory requirement
  • Understand and identify key business scenarios and regulatory impact to sales operation process and system to formulate business change and solutions relating to sales process and operation
  • Ensure the functionality of the system and operation changes meet the business requirement
  • Act as the subject matter expert to liaise with both external insurance partner (i.e. AIA) and internal parties such as frontlines, compliance and IT for sales operation process and system enhancement
  • Provide ongoing operation and technical support and advice to frontline to smoothen the insurance sales process
  • Conduct walkthrough and training to advise users on the new system developments and operation changes and training
  • Support and implement system-related initiatives that shape and support the company strategic goals


  • University graduate major in Business Management/Marketing
  • Over 5 years working experience in insurance/banking industry
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills
