HK - GCB - Manager, Digital Banking Platforms

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Drive the digital strategy for the bank, construct a best-in-class digital platforms across mobile and online
  • Lead digital projects to offer products and services in Hong Kong and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Marketing, product owners users, operations and technology, compliance and external vendors to construct and deliver quality digital service solution and able to meet business objectives
  • Prepare project documentation for user requirements, testing plan, risk assessment and internal training
  • Work closely with regional and global for project preparation and prioritization
  • Design the consumer’s digital journey on our digital assets with good customer experience and maximize the opportunity for product acquisition/cross-selling


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management/digital banking
  • Digital savvy with keen interests in mobile and web technologies and trends
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • People management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
  • Excellent written English and Chinese and fluent spoken English
