Job Description

HK GCB Manager Card Usage and Rewards

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Assist business growth and decision management by data mining and preparing analysis of spending behaviors of various customer segments;
  • Organize and implement effective Card Usage campaigns from end-to-end to achieve high standard of customers satisfaction and uplift customer experience;
  • Develop & implement usage channel strategies to heighten campaign awareness;
  • Drive profit margins and enhance business practice through better negotiations with 3rd party vendors & merchant partners and internal parties’ liaison;
  • Prepare marketing proposal, agency briefs and on time program evaluations;
  • Monitor program financials and maintain robust expense tracking to ensure efficiency in marketing spend;
  • Assist in generating customer insights and identifying appealing redemption items/services to uplift Citi Rewards Programme;
  • Assist in driving customer loyalty & engagement through the Citi Rewards Program including expansion of instant & online redemption;
  • Execute regional Rewards initiatives to Citibank credit card loyalty platform to create winning edge to the products;
  • Assist in on-going monitoring & assessment on the performance of Citi Rewards Program using customer research, competitive analysis, MIS mining and financial analysis to identify and determine ways to increase main card usage;
  • Contribute to driving down the reward costs.


  • University Graduate;
  • Minimum 5-6 years or above solid marketing experience in banking/card industry or FMCG/ digital business;
  • Sound knowledge & practical marketing experience;
  • Sensitive to numbers and have good analytical skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives;
  • Strong supervisory skill and ability to give direction, training & guidance to subordinates;
  • Fast thinking with creative & determined mind;
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
