HK - GCB - Assistant Manager, Portfolio Management, Customer Segment

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Assist AVP to manage and grow segment portfolio through product penetration and channel usage build up
  • Prepare portfolio MIS & assist in portfolio analysis and monitor portfolio movement
  • Help develop and launch programs for expanding the all segment, including customer segmentation, channel optimization, products offering expansion, communications, etc.
  • Work closely with frontline sales to ensure proper delivery of customer engagement model to enable excellent customer experience
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, engagement models, gating strategies to improve clients stickiness


  • University graduates with at least 3 years marketing experience in the banking industry
  • Proactive & flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Numerical & strong logic, good communication skills, a team player
  • Proactive to handle program executions and willing to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
