Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Explore mortgage business opportunities through business partners of real estate sector and maintain good relationship with them
  • Deliver superior customer service and resolve service queries on mortgage loan products to potential customer
  • Achieve individual’s and team’s sales targets
  • Comply with established policies and procedures to safeguard both bank’s and customers’ assets


  • F.5 graduate with minimum 1 year of customer service experience in banking industry, preferably in mortgage loan products business
  • Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
  • IIQE papers 1,2 and 3 are required
