Job Description

HK - Citi Commercial Bank - Service Assistant

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Support a team of Business Developers and Relationship Managers in managing CCB clients
  • Coordinate with various departments such as operations to provide support to CCB clients
  • Handle client enquiries and liaise with clients on daily operational issues
  • Participate in customer due diligence and account documentation process
  • Daily administrative support to the sales team


  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of solid related experience in the banking industry
  • Strong financial and analytic skills, and the resilience to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest data insights
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to build an effective and resilient sales culture that grows new relationships while deepening existing ones
  • Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Mandarin a definite advantage
