Job Description

HK Citi Commercial Bank Relationship Manager

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Independently develop and manage a portfolio of LLC (Large Local Corporate) and MME (Middle Market Enterprise) customers
  • Prospect and originate quality new customers to expand the bank’s penetration in the mid-cap segment
  • Maximize cross-sell of the bank’s products including loans, trade finance, cash management, treasury and investment products
  • Develop close relationships with risk, operation and product to ensure delivery of quality products and services to customers
  • Manage the risk management process for the designated customer portfolio and be accountable for the on going monitoring of credit quality and compliance with bank’s policies
  • Coach and develop less experienced RMs within the team


  • University degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of solid corporate banking experience with a reputable financial institution
  • Strong risk assessment skills and good knowledge of corporate banking products including trade finance, cash management, treasury and investment products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven marketing skills with track record in new customer acquisition
  • Aggressive, ambitious, and be keen to develop and follow up on business opportunities
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are definite advantage
