Job Description

HK Citi Commercial Bank Greater China Desk Relationship Manager

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Lead a team to expand customer portfolio, focusing on the Chinese companies and their Hong Kong operating companies
  • Set up strategies to promote commercial banking products including Financing products, Cash, Treasury and identify business opportunities for CMO (Capital Market Origination)
  • Work closely with various internal partners, including but not limited to Risk and Product Partners, to structure and deliver customized satisfaction and bank’s return
  • Develop cross-sell opportunities that deliver the Citi franchise
  • Lead the team to meet with various KPIs/scorecards

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 10 solid experience in the banking industry, preferably in Greater China Region
  • 5 years or above experience in leading sales teams
  • Previous success and proven track record in new business development
  • Strong risk and credit sense with strong financial and analytic skills
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills, good problem solving skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate with different parties for best solutions
