Job Description

Electronic Banking Services Manager

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

Job Specifications:

  • Support system testing, acceptance, training and implementation or maintenance of electronic banking services
  • Drive and maintain project timelines, status reports and completed project planning documents
  • Create and maintain system documents, such as user guide and training materials
  • Handle system administration, configurations and setup
  • Manage the problem resolution of advanced production support issues, related to front end Cash and Trade application from client, Operations team and in-country technical teams
  • Provide support to H2H clients, i.e. Connectivity, encryption and file format
  • Track and manage resolution for cases escalated to upper level support team, both internal and external
  • Work closely with Technology team, product teams, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve system issues/defects, bug fixes and address client’s queries
  • Conduct client consultation and introduce best practice to client on electronic banking platforms
  • Carry out Continuity of Business (COB) and Internal control assessment

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science or Business Studies or related disciplines
  • 5+ years working experience on electronic banking in various channels
  • Solid experience in Banking & Finance Sector especially on Payment, Receivable and Trade
  • Background in both IT and business analysis
  • Good understanding of Host to host protocols and encryption types.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze processes and systems, evaluate data, and identify process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills in order to effectively interact and influence all levels of employees and customers
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good team player, Self-motivated, Outgoing & able to take up challenges
  • Having client facing experience in the previous roles will be an advantage
