  • Handle Counter Transactions and Enquiries to Meet Customer Needs
  • Provide Accurate and Quality Customer Service to Meet Branch Service Goals


  • Holder of higher diploma/associate degree or above
  • Passes in Chinese, English and Math subjects in HKCEE or equivalent
  • Some customer service or relevant experience would be an advantage
  • Good service orientation and attentive to details
