Job Description

Client Service Officer

Location: APAC-HKG-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Manage the processing of standard and complex customer transactions (securities settlement, money wires, book transfers)
  • Respond to telephone inquiries within 3 ring standard, immediate resolution of general and some complex questions to customers satisfaction
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts and surface issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Assist in the completion of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and projects. May conduct/participate in client visits and calls to discuss service issues


Requirements to include:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in Securities Operations environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and team work skills. Must demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Strong attention to detail. Strong PC skills with technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access
