Job Description

CitiPhone Officer 信用卡電話理財服務專員

Location: APAC-TWN-TPE-Taipei

Financial:

  • Deliver Business targeted cost control and saving plan for Unit
  • Find and work with Sales Plan Team to initiate new cx-sell and referral opportunity
  • Deliver monthly sales performance

Customer:

  • Arrange sufficient manpower resource to ensure that service
  • Indicators are achieved
  • Investigate and resolve complicated customer problems or serious complaints
  • Ensure delivery of superior service quality and constantly look for improvement to close service gaps

Process Control and Compliance:

  • Work with Sales Plan Team to set monthly sales targets, assist Department Head to monitor sales performance and implement sales leveraging activities to cultivate the sales culture and achieve the stretch cross-sell targets
  • Take initiate action to arrange manpower resources when the incoming call volume is fluctuating from time to time to ensure that excessive resources are fully utilized and on other hand service level is maintained and if appropriate report to management for decision
  • Assist Cards Service and Sales Department Head to enforcing compliance rules of ethical standards for sales
  • Assist Cards Service and Sales Department Head to ensures adherence to performance measures and standards within a sales and service environment.
  • Work with MKT and Sales Plan/Development Team for new sales product plan
  • Work with Cards Service and Sales Department Team Leader for sales process improvement
  • Work with Direct Service team for sales automation process design
  • Design Cards Service and Sales Department monthly sales contest and team contest
  • Design Cards Service and Sales Department CPO Sales performance improvement plan
