Role Summary

Assists in the management of the departmental operations for the call center. Monitors the application of the traffic and scheduling function, including policy and procedures, operating structure, and information flow.   Independently analyzes call center trends in order to predict long and short-term staffing needs. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and six to eight years of experience.


Description

Telemarketing with affinity business development is one of our core channels for strategic growth.  The primary focus of the position is to coordinate with various departments on projects related to different aspects of telemarketing operations, affinity partnership and transforming the Operating Model.


Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, holding regular project review meetings, conducting progress check on project execution, and identifying exceptions to plan;

Liaise and maintain good working relations with different parties including internal department and external partners to ensure work quality and timely project completion;

Arrange all deliverables on schedule and complete implementation smoothly;

Manage the collection, documentation and analysis of project requirements and data;

Review project specifications to ensure all related works are complied with project requirements; assist with provision of support and QA review process.

    Qualification

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years’ experience in project management roles, preferably in insurance industry;

    • Familiar with quality assurance and solid understanding of insurance industry;

    • Strong understanding and knowledge on business process and operations;

    • Proven ability to establish strong and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders including senior management level;

    • Detail oriented, independent, well-organized and good interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility;

    • Good analytical and problem solving skills

    • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

    • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
