Manager, Product Marketing
Location: Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Wanchai
Supervised by the Head of Marketing & Communications, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying and communicating the value proposition of the products and assist to launch integrated marketing campaigns through deep understanding of customer needs, market trend and competitive positioning to achieve good sales results.
Identify and communicate the value proposition of the products to customers so as to differentiate our products in the market;
Assist to launch integrated marketing campaigns through deep understanding of customer needs, market trend and competitive positioning to achieve good sales results;
Manage the service providers to implement ATL and BTL campaigns and to ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns in terms of cost and sales results;
Keep abreast of market intelligence that contributes to new marketing campaign, product development and business initiatives;
Liaise with customer proposition, compliance, branding and actuarial teams to develop customer friendly communication materials;
Monitor and manage campaign budget according to business plan;
Prepare business reports to monitor the campaign effectiveness.
University graduate with at least 8 years’ marketing-related experience in financial, insurance or banking industry;
Independent and self-motivated in developing customer centric communication materials and marketing campaigns;
Good insurance knowledge;
Good organizational skills and able to work on multi-tasks;
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
