Manager, Digital Marketing
Location: Hong Kong-Hong Kong Island-Wanchai
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of Cigna’s digital properties and marketing activities to enhance our user experience across all digital channels and drive sales. The role will operate at both strategic and tactical level while partnering closely with internal and external teams to build best-in-class digital programs and capabilities to acquire and retain customers. Thorough understanding of customer needs, market trend and competitive positioning would be pre-requisite to achieve success in this role.
Oversee measurement and analytics across owned digital properties and paid marketing campaigns to uncover insights to help optimize customer experience and acquisition performance.
Assist Marketing with meeting ROI expectations by designing and implementing A/B testing across various digital properties, targeting and creative initiatives.
Manage Company website’s tagging structure and web analytical reports to facilitate Company decisions on product proposition and sales conversion enhancement.
Communicate regularly with media agencies on status, timeline, budget deliverables performance reporting and competitive intelligence analysis.
Provide thought leadership and infuse best practices for user experience, content optimization, email marketing, and technology designed to increase our marketing effectiveness.
Manage and maintain internal and external partnerships to support business initiatives, inclusive of vendor relationships at a strategic level across all digital properties.
Develop Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and related activities to maximize Company’s brand awareness and sales opportunities in the digital space.
Prepare business analysis and reports to monitor awareness and direct response campaign effectiveness.
- University graduate with at least 5 years’ digital marketing experience, preferably in interactive and mobile marketing
Proactive and resourceful with strong business acumen and analytical skills
Passionate in developing and embracing new knowledge of integrated digital marketing trend to support business growth
Creative, good organizational skills, mature and able to work on multi-tasks
Team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Forward thinking with creative problem solving skills and passion for innovations
Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment to help simplify and create structure
Fluency in current mobile and online web technologies, standards, and best practices – including web analytic tools (like Google Analytics), Adwords and web content management systems
Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEM/SEO, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization
