START ASAP! - Temp EA at a top-tier global Financial Institution (35-40K p/m)

Location: Central & Western Area

Absolutely lovely global private equity company needs a TEMP EA for a maternity coverage (5-6 months) ASAP. The culture here is dynamic, extremely fast paced, and very friendly! All of the PA / Executive Assistants absolutely love working here and the turnover is very low. This is a brilliant opportunity for EAs with a finance background to experience working for a market leading Financial Institution with an excellent reputation. 

If you are an open, intelligent and most importantly down to earth and sincere PA / EA, we would love to hear from you. This PA / Executive Assistant role is particularly busy so you must be able to hit the ground running and have impressive financial services PA experience behind you.

You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable working to tight deadlines, while prioritising your workload. You will be an experienced EA who has worked in the Finance industry and be available to commit over the whole temp booking. You will be arranging international travel including visas and transfers. In addition to this you will help with all the usual expenses and meeting preparation. Ideally you will have a background in private equity or finance sector, and must have experience provide EA/PA at senior level. Advanced working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel is also needed.

There is also a possibility of performance related end of contract bonus and extra perks to be confirmed.
