Job Description

Vice President, Performance Management

  • Assist the team in strategic planning process of personal banking
  • Participate in business data analysis and to prepare various reports for monitoring the sales performance
  • Assist in development and enhancement on sales incentive scheme for frontline staff
  • Assist the team in performing comprehensive review on business performance
  • Prepare materials for business meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computing, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative related disciplines in financial institution and with experience in branch/sale management is preferred
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Computing Skill in Microsoft Offices including Access, Chinese typing skills
  • Basic knowledge of VBA and SQL is highly preferred
