Job Description

Trade Relationship Manager

    Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolio and follow end-to-end client management process ensuring superior client experience for developing long-term relationship
  • Solicit new client prospects to enlarge the Bank’s client portfolio
  • Work with business units to achieve business target
  • Manage cost effective plan and maintain awareness of regulatory and business environment including changes on audit, tax and legal implications
    Requirements:
  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related business disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Trade Services
  • Experience in product development and system migration
  • Strong knowledge on AML/CFT and fraud prevention controls, detection of red flags and relevant regulatory guidance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as efficient PC skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good team player, strong self-initiation and details-minded
