Job Description


  • Provide full range of professional secretarial and business support to senior executive
  • Handle management correspondence and affairs, meeting coordination and minutes taking
  • Prepare management presentation materials and collect relevant statistics
  • Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings and traveling arrangements on a timely basis
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them appropriately
  • Perform administrative duties including general office support, meeting room arrangement, office utilities replenishment and documentation maintenance
  • Assist in ad-hoc job assignments
  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in serving and supporting
  • senior executive of which 5 years in banking industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Proficiency with MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Mature with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
