Officer (Quality Assurance Team)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team to ensure the investment and insurance activities are in comply with regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Contribute to develop and review the monitoring process/tools to enhance the quality of sales
  • Assist in reviewing and improving the sales quality guidelines/measures as well as identify areas for improvement initiatives
  • Support to the implementation of sales quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in preparing Management Information Report
  • Participate in sharing and promoting the sales integrity regarding the sales initiatives
  • Perform investigation and handling of customer complaints regarding sales practices
  • Perform as-hoc projects as assigned
    Requirements:
  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 3-5 years’ sales experience in banking and with sales quality assurance experience is preferred;
  • Strong analytical reasoning capabilities;
  • A good team player with high level commitment to the job;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
  • Proficiency in Computing Skill in Microsoft Offices and Chinese typing skills
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
