Develop and prepare systematic tracking reports for monitoring sales performance and operation efficiency
List out analytical findings and propose corresponding suggestions for driving continuous improvement
Participate in operational / system enhancement including design and UAT to cope with operational and regulatory requirements
Assist to review and streamline operation process / workflow to improve sales & operation efficiency
Exercise control on staff access right and update of staff inventory
University degree in Computer Science or Business or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ banking and project experience, preferably in call center and customer service department
Well versed in application Software, including MS Excel formula / Macro, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Good team player with positive working attitude
Well organized, logical and analytical mind
Able to work independently and under pressure
