Marketing & Customer Services Manager

    Responsibilities:
  • Prepare marketing materials and coordinate marketing program logistics
  • Support inbound calls on securities enquiries and provide solutions and information
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and collect feedback
  • Maintain customer database and compile reports
  • Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments
    Requirements:
  • Tertiary education
  • 7 year’s working experience of customer services/ sales in bank, securities firm, or large firm
  • Exposure in sales and marketing in administration support and coordination would be an advantage
  • Multi-tasking and good coordination skills
  • Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Officer
