Job Description

Manager

    Responsibilities:
  • Handle general procurement/ tendering service on office supplies/ products and service placement/ delivery arrangement
  • Co-ordinate the payment process and documents control
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors on new/ renewal of contract and license
  • Prepare, review and implement procedure manuals of respective section to govern smooth operations
  • Oversee the operational data and prepare monthly statistics/ reports for management
  • Support in projects of services outsourcing and work with vendors/ service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned
    Requirements:
  • University graduate in Business Administration, Logistics Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with at least 1 year in supervisor level, preferably in banking industry or sizable organization
  • Multi-tasking and good in job prioritization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mindset
  • Proactive and willing to work in a changing environment
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office applications (including PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
