Contract Clerk

    Responsibilities:
  • Process account opening documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Maintain customer database and filing system
  • Handle document imaging and provide operation support to branches and others departments
  • Participate and support in various system enhancement and ad hoc projects
    Requirements:
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s clerical experience, preferably in banking industry
  • Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details with good interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
