Job Description

Clerk (Loans Administration)

    Responsibilities:
  • Input and check all loans and facilities drawn in systems and vouchers and confirmation letters
  • Assist and support daily loan drawdown / facilities set-up to ensure all loan details and credit facilities are maintained in systems
  • Prepare facility/instruction letters and security documents
  • Handle enquiries from internal parties and ensure documentation processing within agreed timeline
  • Maintain fire insurance record, collateral log and Land and Companies Registry
  • Support other tasks as assigned
    Requirements:
  • DSE or HKCEE
  • 1 year’ experience in banks
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
