Job Description

Business & Process Analyst

  • Support implementation of Core Banking System by ensuring business operations readiness and participating in future workflow design and parameters set up.
  • Partner with different departments in bank-wide process improvement projects and streamlining exercises to enhance the overall operational efficiency and customer services
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Cultivate the mindset of internal customers on continuous improvement through various improvement initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the market, suggest and propose new improvement initiatives
  • Provide support in procedural manuals review and monitor related progress
  • University graduate in Business Administration, Operation Management, IT or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ working experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably with Project Management and Process Improvement experience
  • Good understandings in both the business opportunities and preferably technical aspects of system platform
  • Independent, pro-active with strong problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
