Job Description

Bills Manager / Assistant Manager

    Responsibilities:
  • Perform screening, checking and handling of trade transactions according to guidelines & procedures, and follow up progress
  • Perform credit limit checking and follow up transactions approval with business & credit units
  • Handle Import Loan and Invoice Discounting drawdown
  • Prepare accounting vouchers, system inputs, bills advices, SWIFT and correspondences
  • Provide technical advices to customers and resolve transaction irregularities
  • Participate in system enhancement projects and conduct UAT
  • Collaborate with counterparts to achieve operation objectives and service pledge
    Requirements:
  • Tertiary education or above
  • Minimum 4 years ' relevant experience in Trade Operations
  • Excellent knowledge on ICC rules (UCP, URC, URR, ISBP, URDG)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Excellent in PC skills
  • Good team player, strong self-initiation and detail-oriented
