Job Description

Assistant Officer (Customer Account Processing Section)

  • Process account opening documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in the Bank’s customer database
  • Provide operation support on customer account opening to departments and branches
  • Prepare analytical and management reports on performance control
  • Coordinate or participate in various system enhancement and ad hoc projects
  • University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ banking experience
  • Solid experience in verification of customer account opening documents and knowledge in AML, FATCA and CRS is preferred
  • Strong analytical, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent and attentive to details
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
