Assistant Manager (Ref: HTDD-AM-E)

  • Act as Head of Career Management & Organizational Development Section
  • Assist the department head in the on-going training and development needs of the bank by conducting needs assessments, developing appropriate training programs, training plans and sessions with appropriate training methods such as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations etc.
  • Plan, develop, administer and conduct programs and specialized training sessions covering new employee orientation, specific on-the-job training, sales techniques, management skills and other areas as required
  • Provide support in training policies review and execution and work closely with different business units to identify staff training needs and design appropriate training materials to align with the business plans
  • Support ad hoc projects in relation to services launch
  • University graduate in Business Administration, HR training and development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ management training experience in banking or financial industry, preferably with good people management experience
  • A good team player with excellent presentation, communication and project management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
