Job Description

Administration and Marketing Support Officer

    Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the division in relation to consolidation of business data/ information, preparation of presentation materials, compilation of excel spreadsheets, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal parties to provide administrative support on compliance, human resources, training, finance related matters for the division
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth arrangement of business meetings and events
  • Manage and monitor calendars, meeting schedules and business travels’ arrangement for the Division Head
  • Handle general office administration and participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned
    Requirements:
  • Tertiary level in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 year experience in administration/ operations role in banking industry
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized and able to multi-task and work under tight time pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Putonghua
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
