Job Description

Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (E&M)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our E&M projects. 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS, RPS.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience for Project Quantity Surveyor of which 5 years must be gained in main contractor.
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Quantity Surveyor
