Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services

 

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school or above
  • At least 1 years relevant experience, preferably in telecom / retail industry
  • Customer service oriented and pleasant personality
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
  • Good knowledge of computer and PDA devices is an advantage
  • Perform 5-day shift duty per week
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Customer Care Specialist
