Responsibilities

  • Retain customers via inbound and outbound calls by offering appropriate retention tools

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Completion of secondary school or above
  • With relevant working experience is preferred
  • Self-motivated, good telephone manner and selling skills
  • Willing to perform shift duty with 8.75 hours per day and 5 days per week including Sundays & Public Holidays
