Job Description

Senior Clerk / Clerk, Corporate Customer Service - Operations

Location: Central

Job Description:

  • Handle corporate customer onboarding
  • CDD related document verification for corporate customers
  • Handle corporate customer AML risk review
  • Face to the customers, and answer customers’ enquiries on account and banking services
  • Prepare statistics reports
  • Participate in user acceptance tests for new system or function


  • University degree or above
  • At least 2 years’ experience in banking operation, experience in corporate banking and KYC/AML preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player, detail-oriented with good organizational skills
