Senior Officer/Officer - Agency Training

Location: Wanchai


  • Responsible to design, coordinate, deliver and maintain training programs for agency channel
  • Handle training course related enquiries
  • Prepare training reports and analysis for management review
  • Coordinate and facilitate training projects and ad hoc programs


  • Bachelor Degree in business or training related disciplines
  • Professional qualification would be an advantage (e.g. CFP)
  • 2 years’training experience or sales experience in insurance is preferred
  • Good analytical, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Sales experience in insurance is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager - Agency Training
