Job Description

Senior Officer – Administration & Reporting Section

Location: Wanchai


  • Responsible for administration duties including data input, filing, data maintenance.
  • Arrange, coordinate and promote corporate events and campaigns.
  • Assist in report preparation and data analysis.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.


  • Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in agency service field.
  • Strong in computer language will be an advantage.
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1 & 3, or FLMI is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
