Senior Manager/Manager - Risk Management


•Develop and maintain risk policies, procedures and risk control frameworks for the Company, including setting Key Risk Indicators, reviewing key risk controls, risk profiling and enhancing systems of internal control.
•Overview and manage all risk issues for the Company.
•Perform regular review of risk management policies and governance structure.
•Establish risk management plans and make recommendations in setting risk appetite, ensuring the overall risk management framework is effective.
•Ensure risk assessments are properly carried out and all potential and identified risks are properly monitored and reported on timely manner.
•Attend Risk Management Committee meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings.
•Take part in risk management projects as needed or other ad hoc assignments as instructed by supervisor.


•Bachelor degree in Risk Management/Finance/Audit or related disciplines.
•At least 8 years of experience in risk management at supervisory level or above in insurance, banking or finance industry.
•Good command in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
•Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, self initiation, detail-oriented and independent.
•Occasional travel may be required.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager.
